RAHILL Capital closed on the C-PACE financing for a five story, mixed-use property with 38 residential units and two ground floor commercial tenant spaces located in the Crossroads district of Kansas City, MO. The $622,512 special tax assessment enabled LSP Walnut to significantly lower its energy and operating costs. The LSP Walnut financing is RAHILL’s seventh successfully-closed C-PACE deal in the state of Missouri.
The property owner chose to use C-PACE on this project to reduce developer equity and maximize their ROI.
