RAHILL Capital closed on the C-PACE financing for a mixed-use property with 33 residential units and one commercial retail unit located in the Central West End neighborhood of Saint Louis, MO. The $609,772 special tax assessment enabled 4534 Olive to significantly lower its energy and operating costs. The 4534 Olive financing is RAHILL’s fourth successfully-closed C-PACE deal in the state of Missouri.
The property owners wanted to optimize the energy efficiency attributes of the building and fund corresponding energy conservation and maintenance savings measures.
