Project Summary

RAHILL Capital closed on financing for a multi-family redevelopment in St. Louis. The $1,303,223 in C-PACE financing enabled Advantes Development to complete the capital stack necessary to redevelop a historic building into apartments. The Peper Lofts project is RAHILL’s thirteenth successfully-closed C-PACE deal.

The property owner used C-PACE for the second time on one of their developments. It allows them to reduce developer equity and increase their ROI.
