RAHILL Capital closed on the C-PACE financing for a multi-tenant commercial warehouse in Shrewsbury, MO. The $149,020 special tax assessment enabled Topping (formerly Moorlands Holdings, LLC) to significantly lower its energy and operating costs. The Topping financing is RAHILL’s second successfully-closed C-PACE deal in the state of Missouri.
The property owner chose to use C-PACE on this project to increase cash flow and maximize their property’s value.
