RAHILL Capital closed on the C-PACE financing for an industrial manufacturing building in Chesterfield, MO. The $609,327 special tax assessment enabled Cambridge Engineering’s corporate headquarters facility to significantly lower its energy and operating costs. This facility, owned by Kramer Assets Group, is RAHILL’s first successfully-closed C-PACE deal in the state of Missouri.
The property owners wanted to make energy efficient improvements to reduce the facility’s energy consumption, increase overall real estate value, and provide an attractive workplace for all of Cambridge’s employees. Kramer Assets Group is able to pass the cost of the C-PACE assessment through to its tenant, Cambridge Engineering.
