Project Summary

RAHILL Capital closed on financing for a 12 story, mixed-use property with a 146 room, full-service boutique hotel with an additional 20,000 sq. ft. of Class A office space located in the Grand Center Arts District of St. Louis, MO. The $10,104,999 special tax assessment enabled The Lawrence Group to significantly lower energy and operating costs. The Lawrence Group’s Hotel Angad financing is RAHILL’s eighth successfully closed C-PACE deal in the state of Missouri and is one of the largest C-PACE transactions ever.

The property owner chose to use C-PACE on this project to reduce developer equity and maximize ROI.
