RAHILL Capital closed on financing for a Hotel Indigo in St. Louis, Missouri. The $4,540,000 C-PACE financing enabled ViaNova Development to supplement a bank loan, historic tax credits, and owner equity in the capital stack for the rehabilitation of a historic office building into a new hotel with rooftop bar. The Hotel Indigo St. Louis financing is RAHILL’s twelfth successfully closed C-PACE transaction.
The property owner chose to use C-PACE financing to improve ROI and reduce developer equity.
