RAHILL Capital closed on the C-PACE financing for a single-tenant commercial warehouse in Santa Fe Springs, CA. The $350,949 special tax assessment enabled Royal Imex’s corporate headquarters facility to significantly lower its energy and operating costs. The Royal Imex financing is RAHILL’s first successfully-closed C-PACE deal in the state of California.
The property owner chose to use C-PACE on this project to increase cash flow and maximize their property’s value.
